By agreeing to below mentioned terms of use, you agree to our terms of use and policy norms. If you do not agree to these terms or privacy policy, you are advised to not use our website/application.

Our platform is intended to be used for all the users over the age of 18. Our platform is not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Other than this, we do not entertain any other restriction criteria and welcome all sorts of users, from any community, religion, class and country. Any person or place, or any identity of that sort, which is restricted by the applicable laws of their respective countries or areas of references, are not eligible to use our platform, for obvious legal reasons.

CreddX advises its users to adhere to code of conduct and commit to using our platform an orderly and considerate manner. Users are strictly advised to ensure that they must not:

• Participate in any conduct that breaches the law or the rights of other people.
• Circulate any offensive, dangerous, or improper content within the platform.
• Try to access other people's accounts or privacy-associated data without authorization.
• Perform any commercial use of CreddX's entities without our prior written consent.

The users, while registering on CreddX's platform, are hereby informed to agree to our terms and conditions, and go through the complete registration procedure, and provide us with accurate information, identifications which is true to their knowledge.

Our registration procedures also require various kinds of access to information like personal identity, KYC details, financial data, media files, etc. Hence, users are advised to provide true information of all these while registering themselves.

User Rights

At CreddX, users have the right to:

• Access and update personal information.
• Request the deletion of data.
• Opt-out of marketing and promotional communications and consents.

All transactions conducted on our platform are subject to applicable fees, which are disclosed at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for any taxes or regulatory obligations related to your transactions.

Withdrawal Process :

You may withdraw all or some of the Digital Assets under your name recorded on our Platform's ledger. There is no minimum amount of Digital Assets required to maintain your status as a User. Digital assets will be transferred from the omnibus user account held by the Platform to the specific Digital Assets address provided by you. Withdrawals may take up to three (3) days to complete, provided that larger withdrawals may take up to thirty (30) days to complete and that any withdrawal may be delayed as necessary to comply with Applicable Law and/or the Platform's User Identification.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by CreddX or our licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.

Adherence to Laws

CreddX abides by proper laws and governing regulations on financial grounds and every other ground. We do not promote or perform any sort of illegal practices on our exchange. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of our platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with respective laws.

Limitation of Liability

CreddX hereby informs that our platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
