Regulatory Disclaimer

Creddx operates its platform in collaboration with Onramp.Money (Finstar AI LLC), a Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND) registered Reporting Entity, to enable compliant fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversion services for its users. This collaboration allows Creddx to focus exclusively on its core artificial intelligence and trading automation technology, while all statutory compliance obligations relating to fiat handling are undertaken by Onramp.Money in its capacity as the registered Reporting Entity. The respective roles and responsibilities of each party are set out below.

All statutory and fiat-related regulatory functions in connection with the Creddx platform are undertaken by Onramp.Money (Finstar AI LLC), which is registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND) as a Reporting Entity and is accordingly authorised to perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) verifications, as well as fiat payment collection and settlement, in connection with the platform, as further described in Section 2 below. Hathme Trading and Technology Private Limited, operating under the brand name “Creddx” (“Creddx,” “the Company,” or “we”), for its part, provides an artificial intelligence-based software interface, Web3 analytical tools, and a non-custodial trading automation protocol. Consistent with this division of roles, Creddx does not itself directly accept, solicit, hold, pool, transmit, or otherwise handle Indian Rupees (“INR”) or any other fiat currency, and is not itself a licensed banking or payment institution or a custodial Virtual Digital Asset (“VDA”) exchange, these functions being undertaken by Onramp.Money as the responsible FIU-IND registered Reporting Entity.

All fiat-to-crypto (INR-to-USDT) and crypto-to-fiat (USDT-to-INR) conversion services, fiat payment collection, and token settlement, together with the associated statutory compliance functions — including Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”), Know Your Customer (“KYC”), Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (“CFT”) verifications — are performed exclusively and independently by Finstar AI LLC, operating as “Onramp.Money” (“Onramp.Money”). Onramp.Money acts as the Reporting Entity responsible for statutory compliance under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (“PMLA”) and applicable FIU-IND regulations, guidelines, and directions, as may be amended or superseded from time to time.

The artificial intelligence tools, strategy bots, and automated trading algorithms made available by Creddx operate independently of, and are functionally distinct from, any fiat conversion service. The Onramp.Money widget integrated within the Creddx interface is provided solely as a technical convenience to facilitate user onboarding and does not constitute the provision of fiat-handling, custodial, or payment services by Creddx. Creddx disclaims all liability and operational responsibility for fiat processing, banking network delays or failures, account freezes, or regulatory filings undertaken by Onramp.Money, and users acknowledge that any dispute arising from such fiat-related services shall be addressed directly with Onramp.Money as the responsible party.
